We love hanging out here! They have amazing cider, and the grounds are spectacular, with a cozy patio, duck pond with included ducks (look out for Walter), and a kids play area. Open limited hours all week, 11 to 6.
This is where Chelsea and John met. Forty plus taps of local Oregon brew. No food, but you can bring your own. No kids, unless they have four paws.
It isn't Vegas, but it has a great selection of slot and table games. There are many food options, and there is a new MGM Sport Book and a Top Golf Simulator bay.
Cruise along famous US Highway 101. The Coast is a short 30 minute jaunt from Grand Ronde through beautiful old growth coastal forest.
This is THE place where Tillamook ice cream and cheese is made. Driving here, you will even get to see (and smell) the cows that provide the milk. The visitor center was recently remodeled and is an outstanding example of modern timber construction. Sample free cheese, see hows its made, and indulge in a scoop of ice cream or grilled cheese sandwich.
A great stop if you are in the Tillamook area. The museum artifacts themselves are interesting pieces, but the main attraction is where they're stored. Hangar B is a WWII era airship hangar, 7 acres large, 15 stories high, and over 1,000 feet in length and almost 300 feet wide.
One of John and Chelsea's favorite breweries. Serving truly unique wildy fermented ales and sours.
